.There are many excellent law enforcement, fire, and EMS associations for gay, lesbian,  bi-sexual, and transgender personnel.  One of the best ways of finding support locally is to explore an association near you.  Many of these associations have chapters in other states, but may not have a website.  Check out an association listed hear closest to you.
