Conference Registration Confirmation
Thank You For Completing Your Conference Registration
You are all set to attend the LGBT Law Enforcement Training Conference on April 6 through 8, 2020. Here is some information to help you plan your travel and stay in the beautiful Napa Valley! If you made this reservation for someone else, please forward this page to the person you registered.
We recommend arriving in the Bay Area by Sunday, April 5. This will give you an opportunity to get settled and rested. The conference will begin promptly at 8AM on Monday morning, April 6. All three days of the program will take place at Napa Valley College in the “Little Theater” located in building 1200 (see the link below for a campus map).
We have detailed travel information to help you plan your flights to the Bay Area. Several hotels in downtown Napa are offering discounted rates for conference attendees. These blocks of rooms are limited, so please make your reservations now.
You are invited to sign-up now for some of the optional events we have planned around the conference. Please sign-up early as space in some of the events is limited.
We will be providing much of the handout materials and speaker presentations electronically using a dedicated conference website. You are encouraged to bring a laptop or mobile device to access this website using free WiFi on campus. We encourage you to use hashtag #lgbtcops2020 for social media posts related to all conference events and classes.
Finally, please keep an eye out for email announcements we will send before the conference to the email address you submitted during the registration process. This includes a Conference Pass that will be sent a week before the conference begins.
Thank You! We can’t wait to see you in Napa this April.
